I dream of things that never were and say, 'Why not?' "

George Bernard Shaw

Childhood | The teenage years | A change in direction | A new life & woman | A note from Tim McMorris

Before the plastics factory and the ministry however, with a new direction and purpose in life, Tim now felt it was time for a different type of woman.  “All the relationships I had had so far were shallow and irresponsible.  I had heard so much about love, but had never truly experienced it.  I didn’t have a problem meeting women, but always met them in the wrong places for the wrong reasons.  It’s very easy to meet the wrong woman, but it can be quite difficult to find the right one.”

Soon after Tim began writing and recording new material he met a young woman named Khaili Conway who was on vacation in Canada.  She was from England.  The two became close friends as their dreams and goals were intertwined. Khaili was also in the entertainment industry (actress and model) and was considering moving to North America.

Tim and Khaili traveled back and forth between England and Canada numerous times to see one another until she finally moved to Canada.  Their friendship soon became an intimate life long relationship.  Tim and Khaili were married in England on August 4, 2006 and created their home together in downtown Windsor.

In late 2006 Tim felt he had the right material to begin recording a solo album.  In early 2007 problems at the factory were coming to a breaking point however, and due to that and the stumbling economy Tim and Khaili decided to move closer to Toronto and continue their work there.

From bedrooms to basements to commercial buildings, Tim continued to find a way to record despite difficult circumstances, and in 2008 his debut album “Now I Feel Alive” is due for release.
